Booking

Q: How early do I need to book?

A: The earlier the better, we get very busy during the summer months and although we have large stocks it does tend to get booked up early in the year.

Washing up

Q: Do I have to wash/clean the equipment?

A: No. We offer a completely Free Wash Up Service on everything.

VAT

Q: Do your prices include V.A.T?

A: Unfortunately not, V.A.T at the current rate will be added when we supply you with a quote/invoice.

Delivery

Q: Can you deliver the equipment?

A: Yes, we are able to offer a Delivery and Collection service. Please see contact us for prices. See Delivery Info for more information

Collecting the items

Q: Can we collect the equipment ourselves?

A: Yes by all means, if you have a suitable vehicle for the equipment you require you are more than welcome to collect it yourselves.

Deposit

Q: Do we need to pay a deposit?

A: Depending on the equipment you order we may need to charge a deposit of up to £100. The deposit is fully refundable minus any charges for breakages/losses. Any deposits will be returned within 31 days after the event.

Payment due

Q: When do you need payment?

A: If there is a deposit to be paid we will normally take this at the time of the order being placed. The remaining balance needs to be paid 14 days prior to the delivery date. Our preferred payment choice is by BACS, but we accept cheques, card payments and cash.

Changing your order

Q: Can I change my order?

A: Yes, we fully understand that it can be difficult to know how much equipment to order early on in the planning process, which is why we let you change your order as many times as you need to, up to 3 days before the delivery date. Remember it is always easier to come down in numbers than go up due to stock, so we recommend that you start with what you think will be your highest figure then we can always reduce it.

Table size/ How many people

Q: How many people can sit around your tables?

We have a range of different sizes and shapes. You can fit anywhere between 4 and 12 people round each table.

No Minimum order

Q: Do you have a Minimum order size?

A: No, we will happily supply equipment for the smallest of functions.

Showroom

Q: Do you have a showroom we can visit?

A: During the winter months, December – April, we have a showroom in our warehouse, throughout the rest of the year we are more than happy for you to come and visit, and we can lay a table up for you so you can see exactly what it will look like at your event.
